Send the best version of your artwork that you have. Clean, high-resolution artwork gives us the strongest starting point, but your design does not need to already be an embroidery file.
Very small text, thin lines, gradients, shadows, or highly detailed artwork may need to be adjusted so the design stitches cleanly.
WHAT DIGITIZING DOES
Digitizing converts a visual design into stitch instructions an embroidery machine can read. The finished file controls how the design is sewn, including stitch type, direction, sequence, density, underlay, and other production details.
